*This kit requires the addition of 3 kg of granulated sugar (sucrose) or 3.3 kg of brewing sugar (dextrose) for fermentation.

This gorgeous rosé wine uses the Pinot grigio grape, which has been left to ripen into a lovely shade of Salmon pink. A fresh light coloured rose that already has the undertones of Strawberry and Cherry is enhanced further by the luscious flavour of the wild berries.
Pale gold in colour, rich and silky in texture, with a luscious boost of Peach and Mango, that explodes on to your tongue. Resulting in a refreshing medium to sweet white wine.
