A quick note on the name – we’re aware there may be some confusion around the naming of this product and wanted to clarify.

We used to sell two versions of the current product; the fermenter alone was called ‘Conical Fermenter’ and the ‘Conical Fermenter Pro Edition’ included the dual valve tap and controller. We eventually stopped selling the fermenter on its own and the ‘Pro Edition’ became standard and was renamed ‘Conical Fermenter’.

Our newly upgraded product is called ‘Conical Fermenter Pro’ and the old ‘Pro Edition’ no longer exists.

This makes the process easier, start heating your sparge water when you begin the mash to ensure it is ready for when you need to sparge. Once water is at required temperature, it will hold that temperature until changed or turned off.
