A pleasing aroma of malt and rich fruit with citrus notes is the introduction to this Woodforde’s classic. The palate is full, with malt and fruit dominating initially, but giving way to a lingering dry finish.

Makes: 20 L / 36 pints at approx. 5% ABV
Two lever hand capping tool for glass beer bottles. Simply put a crown cap on bottle, place capper over the top and gently push down on both levers to seal.
This capper works brilliantly. It’s so much better than other cappers in that you need fewer caps because you don’t lose so many during the capping process.
And, its really great value
A hydrometer is used to figure out how much alcohol is in your beer or cider. It measures the density of liquid (called gravity). Alcohol is less dense than sugary pre-fermented beer, so measuring gravity at the beginning of fermentation (at the end of your brew day) and measuring it again two weeks later at the end of fermentation (when you’re ready to bottle) will tell you exactly how much alcohol you have on hand. It’s a great way to let a little science into your otherwise relaxing brew day adventures with a hydrometer.
