Three different hop pellet varieties are packed into our mouth-watering West Coast IPA. Chinook, Columbus and Summit combine to reveal resinous and piney notes. Combine this with the 1kg of brewing sugar included for a hearty, refreshing and fruity finish.

Bitterness – 25-45 IBU
Colour – Pale Yellow ( 12-20 EBC )

A specialty yeast selected for wheat beer fermentation. The yeast produces subtle ester and phenol flavor notes typical of wheat beers. Sedimentation: low. Final gravity: high. Temperature range: 15¡C – 24¡C (59¡F – 75¡F).
Golden straw coloured, notes of citrus and a hint of tropical fruit. Good body, very crisp and distinct hoppiness. Perfect with spicy food. .
