In addition to the kit, you will also require:

– Carboy & Bored Bung / Secondary Fermenter (minimum 6 gal / 23 L)

– 30 x 750 ml wine bottles
– 30 corks & corker / screw caps
*This kit requires the addition of 4 kg of granulated sugar (sucrose) or 4.4 kg of brewing sugar (dextrose) for fermentation.
Grenache is one of the world’s most widely planted grapes and the main grape in many Rhône wine blends. It produces lightly coloured yet full wines endowed with deep notes of strawberry and raspberry.
An aniseed liqueur with a rich red colour.
Add essence and 790ml Alcohol @ 40% to SS Liqueur Base “A” (made up as per SS Liqueur Base “A” instructions). Alternatively 150ml Sugar and 100ml Liquid Glucose. Top up to 1.125 L with water.
