This kit contains 1.7kg of apple concentrate, and a strawberry flavour. The instructions provide details for making either Apple wine or cider as well as a strawberry flavoured cider / wine. It will need the addition of 1.3kg of sugar to produce 23 litres of strawberry cider with an ABV of 6%, alternatively, add 3.5kg of sugar to produce 23 litres of medium dry strawberry apple wine with an ABV of 11.6%.
The kit includes an strawberry flavour sachet which is added after fermentation, this may produce a flavour that is a litlle overpowering for some, so we suggest only adding half first.

Add essence and 650ml Alcohol @ 40% to SS Schnapps Base (made up as per Schnapps Base Pack instructions. Alternatively 180ml Sugar and 100ml Liquid Glucose. Top up to 1.125L with water.
