Liqueur based in Irish Whiskey and cream, perfect for drinking by itself but equally well used in cocktails or added to coffee.
Gives the ideal finished thickness and sweetness to Liqueurs. Add alcohol as indicated on the essence bottle in a large mixing bowl. Slowly add pack contents while stirring with a whisk. Add essence and top up to 1.125L (40oz) with water.
A fresh, tropical taste of coconut with subtle hints of rum. Ideal for adding to a neutral spirit or vodka to create a premium top shelf taste experience.
Mixing Instructions:
Sugar separation occurs naturally, shake well before use. Stand bottle in warm water if needed. Add the bottle contents to a 1 L (33.8 US fl oz) bottle, add 140 ml (4.7 US fl oz) of water and top up with vodka or neutral alcohol at 40% ABV.

For grain or molasses based recipes, we have added a GA (glucoamylase) enzyme which breaks down dextrins which are leftovers from the raw materials after fermentation (grain, rice etc.).
For grain based recipes, you also need to pre-treat the wash with Alcotec Alpha Amylase Enzyme (see our Shop sold separately).
