Festival Red Vienna Lager is a light copper coloured beer with a white fluffy head. It has a delicious cedar wood finish and a hint of sweet herbs. A light hoppy finish is provided by Hallertau and Brewers Gold hops. This premium lager kit makes 40 pints of red lager with an approximate strength of 5% ABV
Fruity esters are prominent on the nose more than anywhere else. They add a great deal to that Whiskey bouquet. Refer to the Whiskey Profile Recipe Booklet for recipes.
